The Noble & Noble speakers come standard with two sets of spikes and one set of discs so it does not matter what type of floor you have, soft or hard, you’re always good to go.

A. Yes, you can.
- Standard, a three meter cable length is provided, to go between the speakers. In case you wish a longer length, any length, yes, you can have this. You can order it when you order your pair of the speakers or later down the timeline whenever it’s convenient for you.

A. Yes, you can but only in the countries where we have no dealers or distributors.

If you wish to do so, please contact us by filling out the Contact Form or email us at sales@noble-noble.com.

Q. Why is a good loudspeaker a “dead” loudspeaker?
A. So you will get music only and nothing else.

Easier said than done? Not when your name is Rob Meijst and keeping Newton’s third law in mind. What is Newton’s third law: “action causes re-action”. In the case of a classic loudspeaker, where a speaker unit is mounted directly onto the front panel, it produces mechanical vibrations to be specific unwanted mechanical vibrations. These unwanted mechanical vibrations cause a decrease in the speaker unit’s efficiency and an increase in the sound distortion thus, effectively, distorting your music. Knowing this, I am sure that you will not be surprised when I conclude that the cancellation of these unwanted mechanical vibrations will result in an undisturbed, coherent sound reproduction of your favorite music, any kind of music.

Example: A violin is creating the sound, while the loudspeaker is reproducing the sound. We want the resonances from the violin because it is those resonances that define the sound of the violin. In the case of the loudspeaker we don’t want the resonances from the cabinet to be added to the original sound of a violin.

Q. Which music genres can be played?
A. Can we have a family plan? Yes, you can.
- Regardless of who’s listening – dad’s rock & roll or soul music, moms classical or opera, the kids K-pop or video games, the playlists and/or the podcasts everyone uses – a proper system will always be appreciated by everyone in the family.

Q. What do you need to really start enjoying your favorite music?
A. For starters: all you will need, together with the speakers, is a source say a music streamer / server and you’re off to infinite musical pleasures. But that’s not all; you can also connect or add other sound sources such as Roon, TV, media streamer, disc player or even a game console. And what about the vinyl lovers? We hear you; you can also connect a turntable.

Q. Why do you include spikes with the speakers?
A. Because we do not want the speakers to be knocked over accidentally. The supplied spikes increase the stability especially when used on carpeted floors. In the case of wooden floors or floors that may easily be damaged by the spikes it is recommended that you place the supplied discs under the tip of the spikes to prevent damage.

Q. Why should I register the speakers?
A. First of all for warranty reasons of course. Secondly, any software upgrade will only be made available to registered customers.

Q. Can I upgrade the speakers?
A. No, you can not upgrade the speakers. Customer DIY upgrades to the speakers are not possible simply because there are no user serviceable parts inside. Any software upgrade will be made available automatically and we, the manufacturer, will take care of it. For your ease of comfort.

Q. Are software upgrades Free of Charge?
A. Yes, software upgrades are Free of Charge, forever!

Q. Will the speakers need any running-in?
A. Right out of the box, during the first few days, the speakers may sound different from the final result aka the result you are looking for. There is no need to worry; this merely means that the speakers need running-in / breaking-in.

To get the best from your Noble & Noble speakers several days of running-in / breaking-in are necessary which is playing actual music. They have to “warm-up” before reaching the sound quality you have chosen for and that you will become accustomed to. Rest assured: you do not need to repeat this process every time you listen. Once they are run-in / broken-in they will retain the unique Noble & Noble sound quality for many, many years to come.

After a couple of days of running-in / breaking-in please do not hesitate to let the speakers play quite loudly for some time before (re)attempting any positioning and/or leveling.

DO NOT attempt to accelerate the running-in / breaking-in process by playing sine waves, tone sweeps, running-in CD’s of any sort or any other generated signals. Music is all it takes.

Q. What is stereo imaging?
A. Stereo imaging is the illusion of a sound stage between the two speakers that mimics the sound heard at the original performance or that is created in the studio. It typically has parameters that include perceived width, height, depth, specificity and instrumental separation. To each his own so some listeners’ will judge some parameters less important than others e.g. the musical performance itself with the perceived rhythm and timing, musical communication etc.
